		<description>Interesting point made right in the headline.  I wonder if the confusion comes from the way the concept of e-Sourcing was introduced to buyers.  I remember first hearing about it circa 2002.  In fact, it was a reverse auction demonstration.  Buyers said they found it intriguing, but the idea never caught on in the Purchasing Department.
