About 2 months ago, I came across a new blog - Procurement Central. I was quickly impressed with the material and the different approach that the author takes. Dave Stephens is a former Oracle VP who ran a number of initiatives in the procurement realm. He has a long history and many battle scars from his time in the trenches and is using his blog to recount stories from the front of his days at Oracle.

I took the time to call Dave about a month ago, since I had never met him. Needless to say, it was a fascinating discussion and he seems like a very intelligent guy who did not feel like letting that go to waste on the shores of Half Moon Bay.

By the way, Dave…great face lift to the site recently. The new layout and graphics look very nice!
