Prediction posts coming in

The week between Christmas and New Year’s, I decided to put down some detailed thoughts on what I thought might be some major events that would happen in 2007. Sourcing Innovation liked the idea enough to prod other bloggers into putting out their own ideas which can be found on Supply Excellence, Spend Matters, Buyer Analytics, Next Level Purchasing and others.

Fortunately, Michael is consolidating all of these streams of consciousness into a group of links that you can click through and read from a central location. Jason’s posts on Spend Matters were contrarian to the theme and informative, part because he thinks that way, and part because he was probably afraid making predictions would breach all sorts of confidential information that he is privy to.

It will be interesting to see if any bear fruit but, it doesn’t really matter. The one prediction that is a stone cold - lead pipe lock, is that there will be a lot happening and changing in 2007!
