7.02 Released
April 4th, 2007 at 06:44am David Bush - Iasta
A few months ago, we released our largest version enhancement in many years, SmartSource 7.0. We got this out into the hands of thousands of users, collected feedback and suggestions, found a few bugs and rolled it all up into quick supplemental release. This is not a “patch” which is repairing major flaws, it is a real release with new functionality. I am actually amazed that we had such a smooth transition with 7.0 because so much changed in the application. Generally, that means heartache and sorrow for everyone involved.
Some of the new things introduced include:
- Project Wizard Enhancements (6)
- Survey Enhancements (4)
- RFx/Document Enhancement (2)
- Contract Management Enhancements (20)
- Reports Enhancement (1)
- Report Manager Enhancements (10)
- Decision Optimization Analysis Enhancement (1)
If you are part of the Iasta client base, be sure to get familiar with these enhancements, there is a lot of new functionality for such a short period of time.
