		<description>Excellent advice, Charles!  The only thing I&#039;d add is a suggestion that buyers include an example in the contract.  That way, both parties can just plug in the new numbers and reach the same result.  Finally, I am amazed to encounter situations where the buyer not only relies on the supplier to provide the new prices but then doesn&#039;t verify them.  There is absolutely no excuse for this!</description>
