eSourcing Forum (the “Website”) is an online open-content collaborative forum for the promotion of strategic sourcing and procurement best practices. The structure of eSourcing Forum allows anyone who has registered the ability to alter its content. This Website is the responsibility of Iasta.com, Inc. (“Iasta”). 1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors

Through your use of the Website, Iasta automatically collects and tracks information from you regarding your home server domain names, e-mail addresses, and type of Web browser. Iasta also collects information which you knowingly provide through your use of the Website, including any information you provide in registering to use the Website and information and content you modify or post to the Website. Iasta does not place Internet cookies on visitors’ hard drives except as necessary to automatically maintain web site session data. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor’s hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Iasta. No attempt is made by Iasta to reconcile or store your submitted personal data inside cookie files.

If you contribute information or content to the Website, you are publishing every word you post publicly. You should assume that this information or content will be retained forever.
